Tomoyo loves Sakura on a very deep level. She is not exactly in love with her, but rather she has a very strong admiration for Sakura. Tomoyo does not have magical powers, but she likes to help Sakura at any chance she gets. Tomoyo makes ALL of Sakura's battle costumes. She even videotapes as many Clow Card captures as posible. Tomoyo is in the same class as Sakura at school, but they knew each other beforehand from the year before. Their mothers were cousins. Tomoyo's family is very wealthy, and she gave the entire group cel-phones and kept one for herself so they can communicate during card captures.
