Sakura had to be very careful when she captured watery. It was causing trouble at one of Touya's many jobs. He was feeding penguins when a trainer and a penguin got caught in a whirlpool. Sakura used Windy to freeze Watery in order to capture it. Watery is one of the four element cards. When the four get together they can cause great distruction. They are VERY powerful.
