Koaho Mitsuki is a strange teacher that comes to Tomoeda. She was once involved with Touya. She left to study abroad, and she broke his heart. Kaho has much power, and she always carries around this ancient bell. She used it when she helped Sakura with the Maze Card. Kaho also uses the bell to give Sakura a bit of help during the Final Judgement. Syaoran Li is very suspicious of Kaho. He doesn't trust her because of her strong power. Sakura likes her a lot, and she gets a "floaty" feeling when Kaho is around.
