Mr. Terada is the teacher of Sakura's class at Tomoeda elementary school. He also teaches P.E. Mr. Terada is engaged to Rika, one of the students. (in the manga) He gives her a wedding ring and everything. Many times, she stays after school when the other kids leave, or they talk in the Library when the other kids have a break. He obviously cares a lot about Rika, and they like to spend a lot of time together talking.
